Return and Refund Policy

Cancelation Policy: -1. in case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can’t be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy: -1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. The return information is available on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location. You would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.

3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case-to-case basis.

4. The full amount will be refunded after deducting ₹100 towards shipping & handling charges. COD charges are non refundable as these are charged to us by courier partners once the parcel is delivered

5. Video proof (Unboxing) needed for damaged or missing item

Refund policy: - We accept the refund request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color or design or in case an item is missing/wrong/damage in a combo order.

*The full amount will be refunded after deducting ₹100 Per Product towards shipping charges.

Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next 5-7 working days with the same transaction mode.

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, you can submit a request via our Exchange Page. Exchanges are accepted only for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. We charge 100Rs for pickup service or you can send it to us at our address.

NOTE FOR RETURN

* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

• If any pincode is shown unserviceable by the courier company the customer will have to self ship the product to the below mentioned address:

• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
